Excellent service from initial communication through job completion. Robert is a customer focused professional who completed the job efficiently and with care. It’s amazing how much “stuff” can be accumulated, but nothing was too much trouble for him and his staff. Great that he also works with charitable groups to donate any suitable items. I highly recommend u call I haul and would definitely use them again.

This company provided outstanding service. They are quick to respond, helpful with questions, punctual, impressive and bring the muscle. They helped me move a 90" long sleeper sofa from my basement to the curb for the city wide bulk waste pickup coming up this week. U Call I Haul is a family business which absolutely ROCKS! During the rainstorm of June 26, 2021 the water came gushing up out of my basement drain so hard and fast it knocked over my washer and the surrounding shelving. Everything from the shelves was propelled around the basement in 52 inches of water (I have the water line marks on the basement doors to prove it). Both my tool & storage rooms were flooded as well.

The team was very responsive and came out in less than 24 hours, even though the job was not at all urgent. I had wanted to dispose of some junk I'd pulled out of the woods on my new property over the past few months. The rate seemed reasonable to me, though I don't know the going rate for this type of work. Communication was also very good, I received a prompt estimate after sending photos, and a call before the team arrived for pickup. I'll definitely contact them for future hauling needs. Thanks!

U CALL I HAUL is a truly amazing company and certainly the one I will continue to rely on for junk removal. Words that come to mind include RESPONSIVE (i.e. same day), FAST (they emptied two storage bins in less than one hour), COST EFFECTIVE (reasonable pricing), THOROUGH (took everything i asked to remove), ORGANIZED (still cant believe they got all the contents of my two storage units into one small truck. This was not their first rodeo!!!), EASY (i didnt have to lift a finger, they did all the loading).
