Christy's Family Pizzeria

My wife and I went to Christy's for the first time at lunchtime today (Wednesday). The pizzeria/restaurant has been around for 60+ years and has an atmosphere of history and nostalgia relating to sports teams and aviation. I enjoyed viewing the memorabilia on the walls while waiting for our pizza. It's a neat place to visit. The pizza (thin crust with multiple toppings) was delicious -- the best pizza that I have had in the north Dayton - Vandalia area. The cashier/server who waited on us (Courtney according to our receipt) was extremely polite and attentive. She made us feel welcome. We will definitely

Amazing food, amazing quality. More than fair pricing for what you receive and I've never had a problem with customer service either. This is easily one of my favorite places to get pizza, salads and their subs. Highly recommend trying, but just a warning you'll be hooked!

If you like thin crust pizza, you need to know this place! Best thin crust pizza in the Dayton area, bar none! Throw in a cold beer and you're in hog heaven.

Good pizza reminds me of Marions/Casanova. Less expensive, really great appetizers.

Our first time here. Ordered a large deluxe pizza and two Christy's subs to go. Very disappointed with the taste of the food. Both the pizza and the subs had a very strong smokey taste. So much so that I was unable to eat more than two pieces of pizza. I ate half of my sub. My husband agreed that it didn't taste very good, but he did eat more than I did. Not sure if they had burned something in the oven or what. Definitely would have returned our food for a refund, but we live two counties away. We won't be going back. Four thumbs down. 👎👎👎👎

Christy's has been one of our favorites since before my husband and I were married. A Vandalia staple! Highly recommend their turkey hoagie, fried chicken salad, and their house dressing. My kids love their pizza too!

The girl that was at the front Did Not know how to run the front. I wasnt the only one who was upset. Not going there again. No orders get it right either.ready, couldn't find the orders already ordered, and the young man who took over the phone couldn't get it. Attitude check!!!! Either they need to get better employees or close down. Terrible pizza for the price

So we got a jumbo cheese and a lasagna with a tossed salad. The tossed salad was 2.98$. Be sure to clarify with your cashier what a tossed salad is because its literally just lettuce cut into chunks. No veggies No cheese. Pizza... So so. Asked for extra sauce but didn't get it. Lasagna small portion for 8.50 but not terrible. Sorry, hate to talk bad about a local family business but I personally won't ever be going back.

Pizza is always great! I love their service their really friendly people! I definitely recommend you go there!

Good cheese pizza but not big fan of their wings. Ordered 10pcs and 9 pcs came out. We were also disappointed that most of the games there were broken.
