Paxton Driscoll with the Jacksonville branch is amazing! He is very professional and has been able to help me with all of my investing needs. Unsolicited calls from this outfit... first a request on LinkedIn, based on my employment information. But then a call, and a hard sales pitch. No thanks! If you want to cold call me, you are going to get blocked! If you reach out via the initial contact point... I will either say yes or no (probably no). But don't cold call me... I get too many stupid car warranty and credit card calls as it is. And I don't pay verizon to get hassled by clowns.

My experience has been great. Daniel is a true professional and really cares about his clients. He has been extremely responsive and patient as he has walked my wife and I through many pre-planning retirement scenarios. I wasn't looking to make any financial changes, however, I gave them a chance and I'm excited with the results. Jonathan and Daniel connected me with someone to refinance our mortgage from adjustable to fixed at a lower rate. They also helped me convert my old company 401K to something better for me. And they are helping me manage my current 401K which has been earning a greater percent since changes were made. The Financial Advisors employed here are like telemarketers. They start hunting you down and harassing you with calls even though you never provided them your private contact details.
Case in point, I had an FFA employee request to add me on LinkedIn. Since he was in Tampa I figured why not. Then the phone calls started. I get a voicemail from an advisor as if he knows me. No details at all, just wants me to call. No, do not bother me while I'm working and do not make unsolicited calls.
