Marco is responsive, prompt, efficient, versatile, exceptionally knowledgeable, gets right to the issue, is neat, polite and pleasant. He does not waste time moaning about his personal life, listens to the client and attends to the issues. He offers suggestions for protecting and maintaining things in place and will defer on doing things he feels would be better served by a particular type of specialist. I needed to have a toilet replaced and was looking for a reliable plumber. The reviews for Marcus were good...both in terms of knowledge and service as well as reasonable prices. That he was a master plumber who also did other work is a plus. Called and left a message. He responded back immediately with a quote and same week opening to do the work. He just left and I am very pleased. He ran into some issues due to my old house and previous work done with poor subflooring. He came up with creative solution, installed the new toilet and was very reasonable on the price even with the additional effort

I would not use his service again. I hired Marco to fix a leaking shower pvc pipe for a rental property. The pipe came loose again after two weeks. I called to have him return and fix it correctly but my call was never returned. After another person fixed it, I was told that it his work was never primed or cleaned so it was never going to last. I would recommend others using another plumber as his workmanship and customer service is far lacking.
