We had Property Masters come out to do a complete re-design of the front and back yard to fix a major water drainage problem and replace a retaining wall. The wall is great and the front yard looks really good, so that's why I gave two stars. However, the main issue was drainage in the back yard and that was never fixed. The sod they put in is now basically destroyed because of flooding. They've been pretty unresponsive to my requests to fix the issues they left me with as well.

Used there services for several years.
Now they only allow 45 minutes per yard weekly no matter the size of the yard. Therefore you get on 50 percent services when paying a FULL monthly fee. The crews only work 4 days a week. Plus they increased my service fee by 10%.
Raised price and cutback on service time.
Weed control and… fertilizer is a waste of money with very poor results.
Overseed did not take, my yard has limited coverage for the winter.
Mole treatment for 6 months and still have moles.
Very poor Service the past year.

Jake and Conor did such great work for us. Very collaborative to talk through various options, and such a hard working team!! They used EVERY minute of work time so effectively, and completed the work like it was their own home project. This company and team was such a blessing to us, especially in a time where there are many companies that take advantage of clients and/or cut corners. Jake was willing to work with us on our budget and found great options and solutions for us. Highly recommend Property Masters

4.8 - They did a fabulous job. My yard looks amazing and I'm getting compliments all the time. Cesar and his crew were very friendly. They did a great job handling the flow/schedule of the work once they started and were very upfront about cost of changes. Communication about delay in starting was not relayed as quickly as I would have expected. There was no follow up after completing the job.

Used Property Masters for the 3rd time. Had them tear down old landscape timber retaining wall surrounding pool. They replaced it with a decorative concrete retaining wall and built stone steps. Work was completed on time and looks great. Will use again for next landscaping needs.

Half of our backyard was solid moss, grass quit growing. We hired Property Masters to come out and design this area with shrubs etc. Lance did an awesome job of tying in the other parts of our yard. He said it would take 2 days and could start probably in 2 weeks depending on the weather(this was Feb!) He nailed it with a break in weather. Zoe was so great to work with in the office. This company has it going on, so organized, easy to talk to and punctual. They call the morning of to check in and report to duty on time.

My neighbor has been ruining my yard with his water runoff for the last year - killing all of my grass, plants, and eroding the soil from my hill. To say it's been stressful is an understatement. I talked to a number of companies on ways to fix it, but always felt uncomfortable in their ability or in their pricing. However, when Jay from Property… Masters came to my house, I instantly felt relieved. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and actually had me feeling excited to fix my yard. Property Masters did an amazing job revitalizing my back yard and fixing all of our drainage and erosion issues. Alberto is a master craftsmen with a skid-steer and transformed our yard in record time. They took care to protect the areas they were not affecting and cleaned up after every day. Our neighbors were very impressed with the changes, and we were happy to share our positive experience with them.
