I was impressed with this company every step of the way. From the first bid response to the final work. They were top notch. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to troubleshoot and come up with the best options to achieve our goal. They did some gutter repair work, installation of downspout and gutter cleaning. I felt the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

Estimate was detailed. Got screws reinstalled for a loose gutter and downspout. Also installed z flashing. Crew was super friendly and easy to work with.
Later on, There was freezing in the downspout during the winter because of snow build up around it causing a couple of screws to come off.
They sent their crew again. No hassle at all.

A year or two ago High Point Gutter installed new gutters for my house, and I was completely satisfied with their work, so I hired them back this year to do a gutter cleaning. I was disappointed in that service. They simply blew 100% of the leaves on my roof onto the ground, but then only cleaned about 50% of them up from there (many of the leaves were blown off the roof and into the small water feature we have in the backyard as well--not helpful at all). I had to go out after the fact and spend about a half an hour cleaning up after the "clean up". If the service is simply taking a leaf-blower

High Point Gutter was very professional transparent in their pricing and schedule. They did an excellent job were on time. They were also able to change the color on the fly as the color I chose was not the best color match and they made the change on the day they did the installation. I will definitely use their service next time I am in need.

I hired High Point Gutter to install new gutters. The entire experience was very positive. The salesperson I worked with was attentive, patient and made sure all my questions were answered. He then followed up in email to make sure everything was right.
The crew that came out was great. They were respectful of the property and my neighbors (didn't block their driveway, cleaned up, etc...). They were friendly and courteous and wrapped up the job quickly.
I'm looking to use High Point Gutter in the future to clean my roof and gutters.

We had High Point Gutters come clean our gutters and do a roof moss treatment. Everyone we talked to was kind and efficient. We emailed for estimates and were able to choose which services we wanted. We got an appointment just a couple weeks after we emailed, we got a heads-up call about 30 minutes before arrival, and the service tech was great. The work was done pretty quickly, and payment processed through email. I plan on using High Point Gutters again. They definitely win for friendliness and a job well done, at comparable prices to everyone else!

Replacement of old and damaged gutters. Company has very competitive pricing and only did the sections we requested, did not try to push us into the all or nothing plan, which worked perfectly for our repair/maintenance schedule. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly instead of the standard long delays with the current market and the installers did an excellent job of listening to custom input and going beyond the quote for the little finish details that make a job complete vs just finished. Would highly recommend.

High Point installed gutters for us several months ago. Something is wrong. We are unsure if they are defective or the seams are not sealed properly. We gave them the chance to make it right. They were scheduled to be here today between 2-4PM but never showed. No notice. We called and no answer. Due to the leaking seams of the upper gutters, the stream is hitting and pinging loudly on the lower gutter (over the porch). It is louder in person and keeps us awake. We let them know when the gutters were first installed that there was a problem. They said the noise was probably just that the water was

Go with High Point Gutters. If you get quotes you'll see they are at par with pricing of other gutter companies, but with High Point you'll get a trusted advisor (Taylor and team) who can clearly discuss the benefits and drawbacks of various options. The 2 other companies I got quotes from acted like order takers and couldn't advise me effectively. High Point also did a great job on the install. Plus they can come back for occasional service. Slam dunk decision.

I have had High point come out twice now to repair my gutters and to replace/install gutter guards that I had purchased from Costco. Other places did not want to install guards unless they supplied them. They were quick to come out to give an estimate and I was quite pleased with the work they have done for me.

The guys that came out to replace our gutters did an amazing job. They were experienced, knowledgeable, helpful,...and personable. The price was a bit below what I would have expected for the quality of workmanship they provided. Have already highly recommended them to neighbors. I had High Point Gutter install flashing and Bulldog Gutter Guards on our existing gutters. They did a fantastic job and it took less that a half a day. They went above and beyond in their customer service - Taylor is great to work with! Also, our technician Chiam is a great guy, very knowledgeable and does wonderful work. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend High Point Gutter for many reasons: I received the best price quote out of 5 others, Taylor is great and quick to respond, the quality of the materials and speed of installation is excellent, they still replaced the gutters even though Christmas lights were installed (and put most of them back up), communicated clearly when they weren't able to make the original install date but arrived 1st thing the next morning, and offered a deal voucher for even more savings! I'm glad I finally replaced the 40 year old clogged and sagging gutters after owning the house for 7 years
