We called 2 hours prior to arriving on a holiday weekend and Kiva was willing to accommodate our party of four (2 adults, 2 kids).
The place was very quiet and quaint and the office personnel were very nice and hospitable. There is a dog run with a pooper scooper which was nice to have. The kids were able to visit with the fishes in the pond at the entrance. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed at KIVA over the Memorial weekend 2017.

Was a decent enough little place good for a night over. However if you pay the park any money beware that even if you pay for a month and are asked to leave by the 8th. Bob the owner will not refund any of your remaining rent. Had some drama happen with my fiance last night at our spot. Totally our fault and respect the pwners wishes for us to leave. Word to the wise though any money spent Bob will keep even if hes the one that wants you to leave. Straight up greedy old man land lord. Renter beware

This was just a one night stay. It was good for that. The park needs a little updating. There appears to be a lot of long term renters there. The people in the office were very nice. The bathrooms were a little dated but clean. I was hoping to see some horses but they didn’t have any there that night.

Okay, in all fairness we called the park on short notice, looking for an RV spot for that same night. The lady said they have one spot available for our 35' fifth wheel, come on in! So we went there. Different person in the office said the woman on the phone (owner) "forgot" to tell us the only spot is by the horse trailers with no water or sewer, electric only, not to mention horseflies galore. AND for the same price as the full hookup spots. I felt like they pulled a "bait and switch" on us. We left.
