We opened the Garden City office that year and added Stewart Title, Commonwealth, and Chicago Title underwriters. He moved back to his hometown of Kingman in 1998 and opened the Wichita and Kingman offices. She started as the bookkeeper and learned the Title Business taking her Title test in 2007. Frank comes with plenty of experience in the Title Industry having started 1996 with O'Rourke Title.
IRC Section 1031, a properly structured 1031 exchange allows an investor to sell a property, to reinvest the proceeds in a new property and to defer all capital gain taxes. For properties other than condominiums, you must have an original homeowner's insurance policy at settlement with a paid receipt for the first year's premium. Check with your loan officer or lender representative and verify that the lender has all requirements on hand. You will need to make sure that all utility companies are aware that you will be the new property owner as of the date of settlement.
