Sunset Ranch Oasis is a vacation resort that was acquired over fifty years ago by the Davidson family as a place for family and friends to gather and spend quality time together. A place to hang out by the pool, fish, water-ski and celebrate family milestones, building memories that last for generations.
Please inquire about camping with tents. If you would like to bring an RV you are welcome to, but keep in mind that any guests in the RV are included in the total guests under your contract. We have our own 700 ft deep well with good quality water. The water is periodically tested to ensure quality along with treatments of aqua-shade and sonar to prevent weed growth.
The foundation of the Ranch is love, celebration and togetherness, making it the perfect place to host your wedding or quinceanera. Say "I do" in front of a picturesque lakeside view and have a dance party at the Ranch's 5,000 square foot outdoor dance floor, complete with a bar that overlooks the lake.
The lake size, depth, configuration and wave action management make the Sunset Ranch Oasis water sports lakes among the best anywhere. The lakes & tournament water ski courses, which are surveyed in and have magnets for "Perfect Pass", are maintained in mint condition at all times. Sunset Ranch is the perfect location for us.

Great place to stay with a large group of family or friends..or both!
Large house with plenty of beds, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.
The pool is huge and big enough for everyone to enjoy!
Groundskeepers were friendly and ready to help with any issues.
Everyone in our group had a great time!
