I did research and determined that this was one of the best facilities in my area for dermatology; however, after calling and speaking to an abrupt and rude receptionist I was a little apprehensive in following through with my appointment. I desperately needed to see a dermatologist as I was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder however. After reading reviews I noted someone mentioned that staff was not wearing masks. I called in again and spoke to another rude receptionist and inquired about the mask policy and she said that the staff wears masks but they don’t require of their patients

The wait time was less than ten minutes, staff was friendly and courteous and I felt confident in the diagnosis of my physician. I would have given a five STAR ⭐️ but when CALLED, the staff addressed me by my first name, as if we were FRIENDS or FAMILY, I STILL BELIEVE in OLD SCHOOL RESPECT, a DYING PRACTICE TODAY, but it is still USED In many other establishments INDEED. Thank you again for your service.

Dr. Hunter is a very professional and caring Dr.
It is evident by her thorough exam that she is interested about my health and well being.
She is also a very relational person who helps you to feel relaxed with her.
I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hunter as my Dr. and have 100% confidence in her medical judgment for my care.

I went to see this doctor because I had strange spots/plaques on various parts of my body. Her nurse/assistant looked at a few of them and was very nice. The doctor then came in, told me I had "psoriasis or eczema," didn't bother looking at a single spot, wrote me a prescription, and walked out. That was after I had waited well over an hour past my appointment time.
When I got home that evening, I had a panicked voicemail from her office telling me NOT to use the cream that she wrote me because it would cause serious damage to certain areas where I had plaques. Candidly, I&apos

If you can go somewhere else then you should. The only friendly staff are those that check you in otherwise everyone else lacks any bedside manner. On top of it all the wait to be seen is ridiculous. I've had three appointments and each time I've had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Had this not been a referral from my GP I would have chosen to go elsewhere.
