Went in the office and met with Bill. He spoke with me, took my name, number & email and NEVER contacted me, after promising to do so. I suppose my search for an affordable home was of no interest to this realtor, he had bigger fish to fry. Very disappointing.

Bought two properties from Apple Realty over the years. I am happy to say that Apple Realty just recently sold one of the properties, and have a listing on the other property. If I could give them 6 stars I would. We worked with Patricia who was fantastic. We knew very little about the area, we are from out of town buying a mountain home, and Patricia felt like a guide. She is a wealth of knowledge, always responsive, and you can tell she has vast experience as a long time agent, even if you didn't already know that about her. Exactly the advocate you need when going into an area "blind" to buy a house!
