The doctors seem great. Billing is a mess. No invoices provided. Billing dept. and financial/insurance people for OB portion will just ignore your calls. I get US healthcare billing is complicated, but pre-billing makes it worse. Really would have rather talked this through on the phone (or in person, I’ve tried both) since I will hit my OOP max and use an FSA (pre-billing to FSA is not an accepted practice), but as mentioned, no one will call me back. It’s not even that large of an amount, but I don’t trust them to refund it or provide proper documentation for my FSA considering the above

Absolute terrible experience trying to get in contact with anyone at this office, seems like there's zero communication between medical staff, billing, and scheduling and patients fall through the cracks. Very frustrating experience being 4 months pregnant and not knowing what to do, or who to contact to be seen by a doctor for weeks on end - and then having to deal with extremely bad attitudes when you finally do.
I was told by a frustrated nurse that "all medical offices are like this right now due to covid, so you'll find this issue wherever you go next" and that's 100% not the case. Doylestown

This was my first time coming to the practice and I saw Dr. Yeh - I have to say out of all the OBGYNs that I have been to elsewhere, Dr. Yeh really is the best. I’m so happy that I found her!

I can't be the only woman going to this practice who thinks that the male voice on the automated phone answering system sends the wrong message to callers. Change this to be a female voice! It's the Doylestown WOMEN'S Health Center. Please align your phone system to support the concept that women come first here.

THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMMUNICATION SKILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN AT A DOCTORS OFFICE! My 4 and half month pregnant girlfriend scheduled an appointment for an ultra sound, and went and only signed a paper after being told she was getting an ultra sound on the phone. After calling back to schedule another appointment for an ultra sound again never got a call back.after having an emergency with her being sick and having cramps they said they can not give her medical advice. All you will get here is the run around!!! Find another doctor, save yourself the trouble!!!! Also they have a bad attitude

Do yourself a favor and pay attention to the reviews unlike I did. I was a new pregnancy patient here and am transferring after 20 weeks. The nurses were terrible to me via phone call early in pregnancy when I had severe pain and asked to be seen. I was told "we can't help you, just go to the hospital" in the middle of a pandemic. I tried to see past that incident, but after several additional issues (no returned phone calls to make appointments, no support with insurance coverage of medication and had to pay over a thousand dollars for meds OOP because the nurses never filled out the paperwork

I have been going to this practice for probably 10 years. I have never been overly thrilled with it but after my last visit I will never be back. The only ones who are somewhat friendly are the nurses.
The front desk staff is rude and cold.
I went to see Dr Fitzgerald for an issue that I was and still am very worried about. She came into the room with me for 2 minutes. Said go get testing done, gave me the slips, and left the room. Never told me everything looks ok. Gave me no opinion from her obvious 40+ years of practicing medicine. I left the appointment more upset and worried than when I

I switched practices because I felt like my previous office was not addressing some concerns I had. I am so glad I switched practices. I have only seen Dr. Yeh currently. She took the time to address everything with me. Some things needed further attention others didn't. However, I am disappointed in her staff. The MA's seem slightly more attentive than the clerical staff. The clerical staff seems to be catching up on the latest gossip for the week instead of turning their attention to the patients, when needed. I am all for telling each other how the weekend was but not at the expense of the patient

Each of the doctors had their own style and five out of six were really great at making me feel comfortable. They really made me feel educated about my symptoms, answered questions, and walked me through other steps to prepare for my 1st baby's arrival. I felt like they saw me as a whole person. I had a great experience at Doylestown Hospital as well. I don't look forward to more L & D, but if I have to go through it again, I do look forward to continuing with DWHC

My wife and I have had 2 children in the last 2 years and used Doylestown Women’s Health for both pregnancies and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with them. My wife has been seeing Dr Ianieri for years even before her pregnancies and has always had an amazing doctor/ patient relationship with her. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable and really made us feel so comfortable with the whole process. I can’t recommend this practice enough!
