We have had a horrible experience here. It took them a month to cast my daughters broken leg which of course was worse by the time it did get casted. 18 days later the cast broke and this is what the back of her leg looked like. They said at first it was normal or maybe she scratched it going for her X-ray. It also took them over a month to have an mri of the leg and knee because there is an oversized lesion on the bone. I’ve told them repeatedly not to refer us to Syracuse which they did anyways which took almost two months. Her pediatrician did it in one day. 3weeks later reports still haven’t

Staff is unfriendly. U can tell they just show up for the pay check. Both times I had to go up to the front desk, they were having non work related conversations and left me standing there until their conversations were done, laughing, sipping their iced coffee and all. I only had to go up to the desk a second time because I had been waiting in the waiting room for 45mins. And 20mins in the exam room. This was only my second visit at this office. When checking out, one of the front desk staff noticed how upset I was and seemed a bit nicer than the first encounter. I understand a lot of times the

After being told to go to their walking, confirming that I had fractured bone in my foot after foot surgery with them last year. Upon prescribing meds to me, at my 11am appointment, I was informed upon entering the drug store that it still wasn’t there. I called back in a great deal of pain and was told “with all due respect I was seen as a walk in in someone schedule and that I shouldn’t call again as it takes up to 48 hours to fill an INITIAL prescription. To someone who has a severe fracture on an area that was injured to the point of surgery less than 2 years ago. If there was anyone

I like the doc, but the office is a nightmare. Bring your lunch and a good book because you will spend most of your day there. They are over booked and over crowded. It takes a while to get an appt. Anytime you go there, it's an interminable wait. Last time I was there it was 40 minutes in the registration line. Today I waited 1 hr and 45 min past my appt time and still hadn't been called in. Everyone who was there when I arrived was called. Everyone who came after me was called. The second wave of people who came in were being called. I finally just left.

I had previously been to a foot doctor in Watertown to see if they could do surgery on my foot. I was told by the doctor himself that he doesn't recommend foot surgery for anyone! I had a bunion, a hammer toe and one toe was going to cross over the other. I had this condition for many years. Then, I was at North Country Orthopedic Group and saw a poster of Natalie Nielsen. There, on that poster, was a picture of my foot! I made an appointment and voila ~ after a perfect surgery, my foot is normal and it is so much easier to walk~~!! Thank you, Dr. Nielsen!! I highly recommend Dr. Nielsen for any

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Never has a group presented more selfishly and cold than this one. Where it concerned a TWO year old baby, they couldn’t be bothered to set and cast his arm for fear of Covid when the threat of Covid transmission according to State Guidelines and the Health Department was over and past. Still, these cowards refused to see a baby, against ALL recommendations from his pediatrician and the Emergency Department medical staff. Nurse calls and laughingly admits she hasn’t even seen his films yet?! Shame on you. Shame on this entire, COWARDLY, disgusting practice

I have been under their care (sport medicine/physical therapy) for a couple of weeks due to really extensive bad back issues that may require pain management and even surgery in the future. I wasn't able to sit down, lie down or stand for an extensive amount of time. Since working with them, my back pain has diminished considerably. I can actually sit down without too much pain. I just wanted to commend the staff that provided me with care that actually made a difference. Thank you Sara, Erin and Brittany, your dedication to work has made a big difference in my life. Thank you

The Doctors are great at what they do. The staff up front leaves a LOT to be desired. The medical records ladies lied and said that they faxed the last appointment paperwork to the insurance and they indeed did NOT. After much go around, they faxed it BUT we had to have the insurance company/adjuster call them direct. Lying to patients about things that are important such as their health is a dirty game to play. If a Doctor's office has staff that greets you with professionalism and a caring attitude, you want to come back. At this point, no recommendation from here.
