I have been a builder since 1988 and have 27 years experience in the log home industry, specializing in all types of log homes. I am also experienced in custom home designing and layout, construction, building codes, site planning and management. I take great pride in all that I can do for my clients and I enjoy it very much. After we have completed someone's project, we have become more than just their builder, we are considered part of the family. That is job satisfaction and our goal.

At Expedition Log Homes of Central NY, we have over 23 years of experience building log homes and cabins. We offer full size log homes, cabins, 1/2 log homes in many different styles, sizes and wood types. We have log several home plans for you, or we can build from your own custom plans. We will gladly compare any other log cabin packages that you might be interested in to ours, excluding price if you wish.

John Timmins built and maintains my primary home which is an Expedition Log Home. John also maintains my second home, which is also Log Home . I purchased that home from its original owner four years ago.
