Had my HP Gaming Computer looked at somewhere else. They were not able to test the computer as the power supply was out. It was a rare proprietary part. it was going to be 3 weeks out of China to get $120 part. Then they can test the rest.
I brought the PC here and same story but they actually repaired some of the damage to the power supply. Same price as the part for the labor but he could then diagnose the root cause of the power supply failure (second blown graphics card on this HP). He replaced the GPU with a lower power consuming GPU to hopefully prevent a 3rd GPU replacement.

These guys were wonderful and professional in all the dealings that I had with them. They were very quick and efficient in getting my computer repaired. As finals begin this week and continue on for the next 2 weeks, it's incredibly appreciated that they offered such fast and efficient service. Mark is great and listens to what you have to say when explaining what's going on with your computer and he's very clear when he explains what needs to be done to fix the issue. They are also affordable with their repairs. I for sure will be coming back to these guys when my computer decides to fritz again

I took my computer to this guy a while back because I needed a hard drive recovery/swap that was a little beyond my abilities at the time and other places were too expensive for my budget at the time. When I picked up the computer, he made comments about my programs and files. Doing an HDD recovery and swap doesn't require you to look at the contents of the drive you're copying. I found it creepy, unsettling and invasive to the point where I'm not willing to use my actual name.

Mark is amazing! He made my MAC work again! I was shocked at how quickly it was done. I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon, and I had it back Monday afternoon. It needed a new drive which he had in stock. Mark was thorough in explaining everything to me. I felt that he is very honest and fair in pricing the repair. I will definitely go back to him!

This shop was amazing. I came in from out of state to visit family and was only in Utah for a matter of days. I needed my laptop fixed. Turns out, the motherboard on my laptop needed fixing and they actually fixed it instead of selling me a new one, and all for a really reasonable price. Other places I called just wanted to sell me a new system completely. I can't recommend them enough. I was able to get my laptop, and meet some important deadlines because of them. Highly recommend.
