I have been practicing medicine for 25 years and I am constantly fascinated by what the skin can tell us about a person's overall health (most obviously externally but also internally in some cases).

I'm sure they are great for more cosmetic needs... but DO NOT go here for anything medical.
The treatment was wrong for my condition, and actually burned my skin. I then had to pay to get a follow up appointment where I was instructed to do my own allergy test at home (no allergies).
I went to another dermatologist and they GUESSED WHO I HAD SEEN based on what I was given... and told me why what I was given didn't work. They gave me a treatment that cleared my condition in less than a week.
If you want some pretty smelling body wash this place is great, but for anything more serious go elsewhere

I would not recommend this business. I had an easy procedure done that was to be covered by insurance. The business charged an excess amount to my insurance company (charged for 2 procedures). When it was time to pay, I set up a payment plan with payment to come directly from my bank. The telephone attendant Jess, come later to find out, provided an incorrect address for payments to be sent. Payments were deducted from my account then later I received a document from a collection agency claiming I did not pay. After reviewing documentation with the collection agency it was deemed Renew Derm had

I’ve been seeing dermatologist my entire life and I’ve never experienced anything like this place. Kelly comes off as a very friendly and nice practitioner but in reality it’s a very shady business. To start, I have scars all over my body from where she lacerated me. Also some of the areas she cut grew back meaning not all of the area was properly removed. About 8 months after the procedure, her assistant Jesse called saying I still owed money to the office. She never sent an invoice or medical statement but instead sent my bill to a collection agency. Now I owe almost double what rippoff

ZERO STARS!!! Beware - not trustworthy. Do not be mistaken - they are trying to sell you overpriced products and lock you into annual renewals then do not stand by their word. Your skin and your health is important - do not trust it to just anyone. If they are willing to rake you over the coals over "product" - I suggest you get a second opinion from a full fledged Dermatologist before you let them do any procedures to your body... Make sure the diagnosis is accurate so they do not perform unnecessary or excessive treatment.

I went and got botox by PA, Kelly Ballou. Ive been getting it done for 10 years. First, she told me that I needed 85 units. In all of my 10 years of receiving botox, I have never had more than 50 units. I even made it very clear that I like to go on the lighter side of botox. If I would have never had botox, I would have been ripped off by having 80 units that I didn't need and not been able to move my face from way too much. Second, she forgot to put the botox in the crows feet area of my face. I was flustered and didn't say anything and was kinda of like "how do I say she didn't do that area

My experience with PA, Kelly Ballou and this office was filled with red flags. I contacted the office on a Friday morning and ironically they were able to fit me in within the hour- Red flag #1. Upon filling out paperwork I noticed they ask for patients to agree to have a 3rd party Doctor review your file in addition to Kelly- Red Flag #2 This also allows for additional billing when Kelly can't figure it out, my guess is that happens a lot- Red Flag #3 She completely misdiagnosed my condition (which were text book systems I later found out from a Certified MD in Dermatology back home in AZ) To

Renew Dermatology is without a doubt the best dermatology practice I have been to. Kelly and her staff are extremely thorough, attentive to any question or concern I had. The full body screening was without a doubt the most complete I have ever had. It was definitely not a quick look over ( the screening took approximately 45 minutes) and the exam was thorough and I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to their genuine and qualified care in the future!
