The CrossFecta Assessment encompasses a full evaluation of joint range of motion, muscle strength testing, motor control assessment, and analysis of deadlift, squat, overhead squat, clean, snatch, gymnastic movements, and any specific movement that you feel you need improvement on. You will receive a Home Exercise Program with targeted exercises specific to your limitations as well as personalized scaling options for your future WODs.

Truly a great experience in every way. Communication was great! The facility is clean and inviting! Staff was helpful and friendly and the professionals extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Go here! They are on top of the most recent studies and make their treatment based off of that not just what they’ve been doing for years. I’ve already recommended Trifecta to several athletes that have been getting treated elsewhere and did not see the results that my daughter did!

Dr. Boyd and Co are the goats of PT. I came in with nagging hip issues that lasted for months. After visiting trifecta or “The Fect” as some call it, I was back to crushing miles and taking souls just weeks later. Upon arrival they hit me with a quick manip and then we got to work. Dr. Boyd always used a variety of techniques to mobilize and strengthen my problem area. I love how they gave it to me straight - no BS. I owe the staff at trifecta a world of thanks!

I HIGHLY recommend Trifecta, this is the only PT clinic I will go to. Jeremy is such a talented Physical Therapist. I went to him for lower back issues and in one session, Jeremy was able to give me immediate relief so that I could return to full activity/exercise. Additionally, instead of narrowing in on my area of injury, he looked at the “whole picture” to allow for the most optimal recovery. I could not be happier with my experience here.

Visited Trifecta to help with some hip and arm pain that have developed from years of sports and training. I’ve tried multiple fixes in the past and nothing seems to make it better but one short hour with Jeremy and I went straight into a training session feeling more refreshed and reset than I have in a long time. He was extremely professional, walked me through multiple tests and scenarios to gauge how best to alleviate my pain and discomfort, and performed some adjustments to help me release tension and prepare for my workout. I also left with 3 different exercises that I can perform at home

Dr. Boyd and his team routinely provide unparalleled patient care. When you’re in the clinic, you’re treated like family. Trifecta Therapeutics cares about each and every outcome and takes pride in results. Dr. Boyd was able to diagnose my leg pain to lower back issue, and he was able to alleviate the pain by strengthening the problem area. Dr. Boyd and his team deserve 10 stars — 5 just isn’t enough.
