Chiropractic care has been around for over 120 years, helping to create a healthier life for people all over the world. Chiropractic has constantly improved since it's beginning to ensure that patients get the best care possible. The very first spinal adjustment was performed in 1895 by Dr. D. D. Palmer.
Chiropractic focuses on spinal misalignment (subluxations) that can cause disruptions in the normal workings of the central nervous system. Your central nervous system controls and coordinates every function in your body, and even the slightest block or interference can have a huge effect on your bodies function.
For years, I would get acid reflux if I didn't eat quick enough and after I would eat, I would get really nauseous. I have tried lots of medications for my digestive issues. An upper GI scan and allergy testing never provided me with any answers. Nothing seemed to work. The assessments showed T6 as a problem area - linking my years of digestive issues.

I started going to Discover Life Chiropractic initially because I was experiencing severe lower back pain due to my strenuous physical job and being on my feet all day, heavy lifting, etc. I also had remnants… of lower side hip pain from a bad fall from a year before.
After committing to improving my health and regularly coming in for adjustments for only a few weeks, my lower back pain and hip pain completely disappeared. I felt so much better and couldn’t believe that I had waited so long to seek treatment!

I have a very...very colic baby. He is 2 months old and we have been trying everything for him. We went to see Dr.Joey and the first day we did, my little guy slept 7 hours! He also was actually able to settle enough to let me read him a book This is amazing.
I love the approach they take here, I was nervous at first because I thought some dude… was going to be cranking on my newborn, but that is not the case. This has been a lifesaver and I think with a little persistence I can really help my little man.

All the employees are incredibly nice, they tell you the medical science behind their technique which I really appreciated as it soothed any worries I previously had. Making appointments is super easy, rescheduling appointments is super easy. Unlike some places that have large fees for late re scheduling they're super nice about it. if I could rate higher I would. Also means a lot from me because I hate doctors and doctors offices but I look forward to my appointments here!

What can I say....we absolutely love our Chiropractor family! Addressing root cause instead of managing symptoms alone. Asthma, allergies, stress reduction, headaches, sports injuries chronic back pain - you name it, the benefits/results have been amazing. I Highly recommend Discover Life!
