I have been dealing with this business for several years and I feel good about recommending this place as I am always treated with respect and courtesy to my special hearing loss. The ladies have gone out of their way to make sure that I always get the accommodation for my needs. They keep the customer needs and expenses within reason. They also provide offsite services to people who are shut-ins or cannot come into the office. The products are of high quality and financing is available through the manufacturer. They are also available for appointments outside of normal business hours.

I stopped by American Hearing Aids on my Mother’s behalf to begin researching replacements for her 5+ year old units. From her office, Debbie and I called Mom (who lives in Fairfield); we spent 20+ minutes on the phone discussing her hearing history, past testing results, experience at her local dispenser, etc. That initial encounter alone was amazing. Debbie was extraordinarily gracious, patient, compassionate and listened to every word spoken by my mother. A week or so later, Sis, Mom and I came to Stockton to meet with Debbie personally. Our 90 minutes spent together was simply remarkable

After being advised by my wife of 47 yrs that I needed to research hearing aids, as I was always blasting the TV a full volume, I was referred to Debbie Bond at American Hearing in Lincoln Center by my Daughter. While initially in denial my time with Debbie proved that I defiantly needed Hearing Aids. Debbie walked me through the testing process and we selected two Starkey Hearing Aids. I now have clear hearing to the point that my Wife is now asking me to turn the volume up on the TV.

My mom has worn aids for years, and she was always guessing what I was talking about, and her tv would be on full blast and she could not hear the doorbell. when we decided to go to American I was hopeful that Debbie’s could help. I also found out at that first appointment that mom had never heard her great grandchildren’s voices. I have worn hearing aids for many years as a result of a service related loss. I had gone to the same hearing aid center for many years until about a year ago when they refused to replace the tubes in my Government issued hearings aids, they said it was illegal for them to do that. That meant I had to drive to Livermore for service. I called American Hearing Aids and they told me to come right in. I did and Debbie replaced the tubes and told me to come back anytime the service is needed. Thank you Debbie, I highly recommend your company.

The service that Debbie Bond has given me over a decade is first class. By continuing to upgrade my hearing aids, Debbie has kept pace with the latest in technology. Now it's Surf Link a device, which allows me to hear clearly in a group setting and to hear the faintest of voices. For the first time since I-don't-remember-when, I can conduct a group workshop without asking participants to repeat themselves. And I can hear voices around the table in those crowded dining rooms.
