Dr. Wasylyshyn is an Optometrist in Cashmere providing complete eye care services for the surrounding communities. As a licensed optometrist, Dr. Wasylyshyn provides exams, diagnoses, and treatments of all disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Wasylyshyn is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology.

Karen is my optometrist and have followed her for years and always will! She’s the only one who gets it right.
But her eye technician, or whatever she wants to be called, is a disrespectful, argumentative, thinks she knows it all and can’t even make sure your glasses are done right and ready for wearing! I travel 2 1/2 hours each way to get my glasses. I specifically asked if my new glasses could just be sent to me to save me time and gas$!!! I did not know because of this, I would have to buy a new nose pad “still” 2 hours away and have someone else replace it as it was specifically made

I got my first pair of glasses with CVC, I been trying to get a hold of them for a week... even sent them an email.. zero response.. I am only trying to get a hold of them because they have my prescription.. but I am moving to a new eye doctor, I wonder if the actual owners know how bad of customer service we get?

The exam went like normal. I picked out my frames. It took three weeks, after they told me 10 days. I drove 30 minutes to pick them up and they ordered the wrong prescription. They sent them back to the lab to be redone. Two weeks later, drove 30 minutes and again they were the wrong prescription. Blurry and distorted, useless. Person working said the tech would call me, now it has been three weeks later, still have not heard back. I call (8 times now) and only get voicemail. They billed my insurance already, so I can’t go anywhere else now. I have no glasses and it’s been almost two months

This was the second time I have been here, the first time they were rude. but I figured everybody has an off day so I gave themm a second chance. Came in today with my daughter her appointment was at 12 p.m. they checked her eyes and dilated them sat her down in the waiting room and forgot about us. I've never been to an eye appointment that makes you wait 2 hours after dilation. We will not be going back ever again.

I have only had one appointment at the CVC which went really well, for which I will give 5 stars, however in asking for a copy of some imaging that was done then, I have had ZERO response. I have left three voicemails over the last 2½ weeks and just sent an email in hopes of getting a response. I will NOT be going back here any more.
