We are a small family owned business who has been offering privately owned vacation rentals in our beautiful area since 2004. We stayed before in the Ponderosa community and we loved it. Probably last time for us with nw comfy cabins though. This time we stayed at Rhodie House. There was an exact number of sheets for the beds, no extras (a first for us - and we've been in a lot of airbnbs) and also a fixed number of towels. Towels smelled funny, probably need to be changed... We asked for more sheets (which we didn't get the first night, since we arrived late) and the first answer was to ask why and to tell us that they don't usually do that. They did send a couple eventually for our second day. What

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Painted Pony Cabin. The location was great and about 30 mins from the town of Leavenworth. We had some issues with NW Cozy Cabins wanting to charge us additionally for having an extra person added to the lease that was not explained in the lease and was easily corrected.
Why I rated four stars rather than five: They claim that there are three beds (a queen, a full, and a twin) but the twin bed was a windowsill with a pad on it that was separate from the full with a vacuum between them. The front door was hard to open from the inside and took us a bit to figure

My review is from the Cabin owner's perspective. NWCC has managed my vacation rental for 10 1/2 years. I think they only had 11 cabins when I started with them. I have been happy with them all along, but surprisingly they have improved with growth. They put the hearts into this family owned business, constantly keeping an eye on the industry, going to conferences and implementing best practices that they learn. In recent years, they have gone inhouse with cleaning and grounds maintenance. This has taking things to the next level vs using subcontractors who have no "skin in the game". I would very

This home was grand, photos do not do it justice. The setting it is serene, the home is gorgeous, everything was well stocked, located with access on and to the river. We had a little issue with the hot tub but they came right out and fixed it right away, highly responsive on all levels. Asked for earlier check in and was accommodated. Very communicative. Professional. Friendly. We will book again!

Fees on fees. Hidden cameras to spy on you while you stay to. We were charged $830.00 total for a stinky 2 bedroom 70s single wide in Leavenworth. They will add so many fees on the base rate your head will spin. If you stay here twice a year you probably can afford a downpayment to purchase the rental. I should have went to Hawaii.

Now each cabin will be unique, but our stay in the Riffle River cabin was nothing short of extraordinarily. The check-in process was super easy with the Hospitality app, complete with lock code, directions, and more.

I stayed at the Peace of Pine cabin just 20 minutes away from Leavenworth. It's a cute little modern cabin that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a hot tub, bbq gas grill and a gas fire pit on the patio. They offer Netflix, AmazonPrime and Hulu on the smart TV. They also have free WiFi.
Both bedrooms offer a queen size bed. The living room, dining area and kitchen is an open concept so it's very roomy for what is considered a small cabin. The backyard is very spacious.

What an incurable cabin! Not only does this cabin have great amenities such as the fire pits, hot tub, kitchen and nice beds, but they pay attention to the small details too such as plenty of stuff for your pets, free gifts, games, etc. It is just far enough away from the neighbors that you will not hear them but far enough that you feel stranded and it is 15 minutes from downtown. The connection getting there is pretty poor so they had sent instructions on how to get there and anything else we needed before we even left which gave us plenty of time to figure things out. The cabin was beautiful, the housekeeper needs to clean better.
One of the bedspreads was dirty, the 2 throw blankets had not been washed, I washed one the morning of check out & put the second one on top of the washer for housekeeping to wash, whether she washed it
is unknown. One side table lamp in the living area did not work even after I changed the bulb, same issue with a lamp in one of the bedrooms. Dry Coffee spills inside kitchen

I've been booking properties through NW Comfy Cabins for literally over five years now. Anniversaries, Oktoberfest, Christmas getaways... You name it, they've got the right place to stay for it!

Here are some of the reasons for our rating:
1) Hot tub was broken when we tried using it.
2) Owner incinuated the broken hot tub was our fault.
3) No accommodations made for not having a functional hot tub.
4) Left a poor review on yelp and received disturbing text messages from the owner requarding her emotional distress that “we caused her” by posting a poor review. She guilt tripped me into removing my bad review and then never spoke to me again. I wish I could attach the text messages because they were extremely unprofessional.
I look back on that trip with NW Comfy Cabins in the

Very nice inside, comfortable, cozy, and fantastic internet speeds as well. Fenced-off porch is great for dogs (though be careful if your pup is very small, they might be able to squeeze under the gate), and there's a nice green lawn to play on. Very dark skies make for great stargazing! A nice curvy 20-minute drive from downtown Leavenworth. This place was fantastic, I'd definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time. Denise at NW Comfy Cabins was so fantastic. We were notified the hot tub at original rental was not working. Denise moved us into a new place immediately. Denise went above and beyond to make our Holiday weekend so memorable and magical. The Log Hauler House was so beautiful and had everything one could need. We enjoyed the hot tub, then we popped popcorn and snuggled up with our kiddos while we watched Christmas movies. Denise answered calls immediately and responed to emails right away. The communication was amazing. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend NW Comfy

I've been here twice now. The first home we stayed during Oktoberfest last year and my friends and I love it so much that we stayed mainly in the cabin instead of going out to town. This year we brought our families and the kids love it. It's so cozy and spacious. They had two master bedroom with its own bathroom, three rooms upstairs but with a day bed, a pool table, a big front yard and a hot tub. Great weekend or holiday trip for the family.

I stayed at a NW Comfy Cabin recently and found their management to be extremely responsive.
We made the mistake of renting through a 3rd party website, "Red Awning". What I did not know at the time is that renting in this way increases the cost of the rental by, I think, almost 50%. Thus I paid far more for our rental than it should have cost.
When I brought this up with Comfy Cabin's management, they send me a partial refund of 30% of my total rental cost. I thought this was a level of responsiveness and integrity you will rarely find.
The lesson in this is that you should always

We had a very nice stay at Alpine Lake Escape. The cabin is nice and in a great location. The scenery is beautiful and the Bavarian Village is just a 25 minute drive from the cabin. My son discovered the long downhill driveway is great to sled down and so he is 100% all about Alpine Lake Escape.

Our family of 4 and our friends (family of 4) stayed with Comfy Cabins in January. It felt like home away from home! We had 4 kids under 6! Which we thought was going to be crazy, but it was so enjoyable. We had a great sledding hill on the property, hot tub to relax in after the kids went to bed and all the comforts of home, but we were away and covered in snow! Can't wait to go back!

I have stayed in or near Leavenworth at Comfy Cabins several times now. The first time I stayed was at "Riversong Retreat". To this day my boyfriend and two kids say it was the best times of their lives. We drove up to see the lightening festival in our new 2 door Honda coupe and do know that during December there is a ton of snow! We ended up getting snowed in at the cabin because there was extreme snowfall. It worked out because we spent all day in the hot tub, around the fireplace, and mostly playing in the snow. Stayed at the Brighton Chalet from 5/20/16 - 5/22/16 with my wife and two kids. We arrived approximately 45 minutes before check-in and I called and asked if it would be ok if we entered early. I was advised that the property was ready and it would be ok to go on in. At this property the deadbolt has a key-less entry keypad. All you are supposed to do is enter a four digit code and the door will unlock. Well unfortunately the code we had was incorrect or the key-less entry was broken.
