It seems they provide the services they claim to in a timely and sufficiently pleasing fashion. They cut through a lot of the red tape involved in obtaining new insurance policies which is a godsend to people who are as busy as i am these days.. if i had one complaint it would be the somewhat less than satisfying customer service over the phone..i felt a bit condescended to.. Like i was being patronized a bit.. but I'm totally happy with their service.

I spoke with Al, everything went well decent price for auto insurance, then they sent paperwork to sign through email, And this is where everything started to go wrong. You always need proof of auto insurance right? The paperwork is so user unfriendly! I called to try and get proof of insurance texted because every time I went to the information and the app through email it was difficult to do anything finally got it downloaded and then could not share it in a text said it was too big.
