UPDATED 7/2021..OFFICE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. After receiving great Care, they have just dumped their patients without having the decency to take our calls to obtain medical records and letters of referrals to a new doctor. HOW DO THEY JUST ABANDON US???
Have yet to be seen by any of the five doctors listed on their business card, after going there for 6 months. Ms. Jones (not a dr, but a nurse practioner ) has a condescending attitude. Her only interest is searching for your prescriptions on the database. First drug test, I was told that I had no meds in my system, but I take meds 4xday. Second

I have always received fast yet thorough exam’s with
Alice (Dr.Costen). She is extremely careful to ask about your pain levels as well as asking about all your
Medications. I am very satisfied with my experience with the clinic and especially with Dr. Costen. I highly

My doctor has been really good with me but because of one very ignorant receptionist I can't stand calling that office. She talks with such an attitude not only to me but to my pharmacist. She didn't relate messages from either of us to the doctor about my script not going thru. Not good for someone in severe pain!!

I’m so grateful to Jersey Shore Pain Management. The lady Doctor( I believe was Dr Hewlett) that treated me was very professional. Def felt I was being treated by and expert. She was familiar with the type of pain from my two total hip-replacement and back. I’m very pleased with their services. And again thankful to everyone there. The staff was excellent too. I was worried I was not gonna be able to see the Doctor for weeks but the lady on the phone (Brianna I think was her name) was wonderful. The next day she returned my call and was able to get me an app in just few days due to some cancellation

Awful place! Rarely any wait time. However, the APN Hewlett is by far the most unprofessional medical person I have ever come in contact with. I don't understand why anyone who is so callus and uncaring about patients would get into the medical field. This woman actually told me it was not possible for my epidural injection to be sore (while the surgical center told me many patients are in MORE pain for a few days after the injection). My first visit there was with Alice Jones. She was wonderful. Unfortunately, I could never seem to get an apt with her after the first visit.

I see Alice Jones monthly for chronic pain management. She is thorough and excellent. I recommend Dr. Jones ONLY. In all fairness I only saw the other person once so I can't draw any conclusions about her. Alice Jones is very smart, listens carefully and doesn't rush me out the door.
Both of these people are PhD nurse practitioners. Normally I would only see an MD. However, I trust Alice Jones. She understands my complex condition and makes good recommendations.
If you are just looking for pain pills skip this place. They do frequent urine tests and required an MRI when I started. Dr. Jones has

I was injured in the military. Started treatment at a different pain management but I had to stop due to insurance. When I came to jersey shore to continue care, I wasn't impressed at first do to a comment made to me about the medication that my previous doctors had me. I quote "you are not enough pain to be on that medication". Well since then my doctor has become more professional with me and does answer my question about my care. All in all this place is pretty good place to go.
