Horrible customer service. Tech came out to look at our center pivot that had stopped moving. We let him know on his way out that since it stopped moving it watered in the same spot for a few days plus it had just rained so it was very muddy and asked him not to drive near it. He did anyways and left ruts over a foot deep. When we went in to speak with a supervisor they were incredibly rude and offered no apology. He claimed his tech was told it was ok to drive on one side of the pivot and tried to blame us
