I use her services for my personal clothing and also she handles all alterations for my clothing business.

In 1998 Miss Ann started Miss Ann's Alterations, where personal and professional service was her number one priority. Sadly, she passed away late 2017. Beverly Anderson wanted to carry on Miss Ann's legacy and purchased the business in early 2018. We strive to provide the best possible alterations and tailoring service with exceptional attention to detail.
We offer a wide ranges of alterations and tailor needs. The most common reason to visit an alteration shop is to have hems and sleeves adjusted on skirts, dresses, jeans, slacks, shirts, blouses and blazers. Other popular services we offer include mending and resizing garments. Mending services include repairing holes and tears and replacing broken zippers.

I frequented Ms Ann's for years and she was a joy to visit and do business with. In the past month, I've walked into the door of Ms Ann's and have left without leaving my clothing. The first was a one of my favorite pair of shorts that the zipper had broken, the girl at the desk said that it would be $25 to $35 to fix and it would take over two weeks to do. I went elsewhere and had it fixed for $10.. I stopped by there today with a button hanging by the threads and I asked if she could fix it quickly. Her reply was how quickly, I said tomorrow. Had heard of Miss Ann's Alterations for years. Finally got around to giving them a try. I didn't want to buy a new coat, especially during the holidays and especially because I love my coat. They closed a hole in my pocket that I forgot to tell them about. They fixed it, didn't tell me, and didn't charge me for the extra work. And it's all perfect! My coat looks as good as new! Good place but not quite excellent yet. They are professionals at what they do and do it well, my only complaints are the following:
1.- they take a lot of time to complete the job, up to three weeks for hemming a pant.
2.- I received some pants that were hemmed and tapered and after a couple of wears the tapering came off opening the pant through the boot, I went to get it fixed and they still charged me for that!
Note: I am still a client of Miss Ann’s and believe they do great work, these are just some things I believe can improve.

I love this place! I wouldn't trust my clothes to anyone else. Recently took a dress I needed for formal dining in Barbados and they did a great job. Everything looked like it had come from the store that way. They had it done fast too, I waited until the last minute like usual. I only met the girl up front but she was very helpful and made sure that it was just like I wanted it. I highly recommend Miss Ann's!

Beverly and Rosa are fantastic to work with! I took my wedding dress to them for alterations and they did fantastic work on my dress! Always attentive during my fittings, easy to communicate with, and they always took time to make sure everything looked good and fit well. Highly recommend, the pricing is VERY reasonable for high quality work! A+!

What better a person to do your alterations than someone who has a clothing line? So incredibly nice to work with. I’ve used many tailors regionally, and she’s the best in green country. For a reasonable price, she delivers an amazing finished product. I get nervous using a new tailor, but this is a safe zone. I promise.

I meant to post this review earlier but got too busy. I had to make time, though, because I had such a great experience with this business I wanted everyone to know. Last week, I had a skirt and a dress that needed to be hemmed. I was leaving town on Friday and didn't get them in to Miss Ann's until the Wednesday before. The very nice lady who waited on me said they would try to get the dress done by then but probably couldn't get both done. I understood and left hoping I'd at least get the dress in time to take it with me for the weekend. They texted me on WEDNESDAY afternoon

I recently had need of alterations on a formal dress for my daughter's wedding. I contacted Miss Ann's via Yelp to see if the alterations could be completed in time. Graciously, the owner of the business responded right away and I went to the shop. It's small but tidy, and FYI, it is tucked behind the Chinoweth & Cohen Realty office off of 41st and Peoria, on the east side of that building. I cannot recommend Ms. Ann's enough, especially if you're going for a more tailored "stylish" look. They do a fantastic job tapering and making clothes look like they were custom made just for you. They're very busy so I recommend allowing plenty of time, however there are MANY times they've turned things out in 1 or 2 days for me at NO additional charge (you just have to ask). If you want a button sown on or your pants hemmed, ask your grandma. But if you want your clothes to look really good and fit really well take them to Ms. Ann's - you won't regret it!

I live in NYC, but I'm originally from Tulsa and got married there this past October. I arrived in town on a Sunday and my wedding was that upcoming Saturday. My search for a tailor in Tulsa started and ended with Miss Ann and her incredible team. I was recently given a series of garments that I will have to wear for work nearly every day for the next 3 years. My moment of joy quickly turned to panic as I tried them on for the first time. I was swallowed in the massively oversized jacket and appeared something like a small child trying on grown up clothes, yet still with appropriate sized sleeves for a child. Miss Ann is one the best! She is personable "always busy" (that's a good thing) and she took on a project that no-one else would and did an excellent job! In fact it was on a pair of my daughters ball pants and did such a good job the rest of her team ONLY uses her now! And one of those is out of Missouri.

Located in the business complex next to the Brookside Whole Foods, many have found this talented woman. Walk in and see hundreds of garments people have dropped off. She takes care of everything from jeans to wedding dresses with her seamstress skills.
While chalking off where she needed to hem my dress she talked about how busy she had been that week. Then, stated she's have my dress ready the next day! Talk about a quick turn- around time.
My love for fashion and small stature will make me frequent Miss Ann's regularly.
