Im so grateful my boss referred me to Tim! He has been a lifesaver when trying to navigate the world of insurance (especially the marketplace). He takes his time with each and every client. He has stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, answering every single question I could throw at him and not once rushed me or made me feel like I was a bother. He is so patient. He also helps you find the right plan for your budget and your coverage needs. I had a laundry list of things I needed for my 2022 plan and he found me one that worked well with what I needed. We heard about Tim Jackson's service through my sister and when we moved, we found ourselves without insurance or really any job to be able to afford the hundreds of dollars per month for our family of 4. With Tim's help, we were able to get WAY better prices through the marketplace! He took it from over $400/mo to $9/mo for my husband ad myself combined and the kids on Medicaid. I could not believe this was a free service. My insurance has also been wonderful and I've finally been able to get things covered! We were out of state so he would not have normally helped us, but he made an exception

Tim has been our insurance specialist since I moved to Utah and started working for a private practice. I just recently had a baby and I'm having to drop the insurance through my employer but he found me another plan that is going to meet the needs of my daughter and me. Super professional and very quick to get things done. He also is really knowledgeable about insurance and walks you through everything. Kelly is also so so helpful!
