Austin was a pleasure to work with as I went in there to buy a 2016 FZ07. Working with the finance guy (forget his name but he’s yoked) was a pleasure too, he’s well informed and a true professional.
My bike suspension started squeaking a few days after the sale. They were kind enough to bring it in at no cost to me, replace the bushing and lube everything back up again.
Highly recommended.

Do not buy from here.
Bought a Ninja 300 and almost everything that could have gone wrong, did. The first problem happened in less than a week. Back brakes either had too much brake fluid or had some other problem with the master cylinder. Didn't catch it until it was too late. They caught fire trying to make it back home only a mile away from my house. It was 100% due to improper maintenance from Prime Motorcycles. I had to replace the brakes by myself as I was over 100 miles away from them at that point and did not feel comfortable driving without brakes. My contact with them, who I believe

Just bought my first bike at Prime Motorcycles. Austin was great and patient. Gave me the time I needed to select the right bike for me and answered all my questions. Considering I walked in 30 minutes to close I couldn’t have asked for better service. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely recommend you pay these guys a visit if your looking for a bike. Only shop around where I could find the busa I wanted at a fair price. They have a huge inventory so if you want it they probably have it and if not there’s still plenty to choose from.
