The Strickland Service Department prides itself on precision, quality, efficiency, and personal attention. All repairs are done in house. A combination of old techniques and high-tech equipment allows Strickland Jewelers to repair and create many pieces that other stores would have to send off-site.

After an in person visit and several text exchanges beginning in November 2018, I still have not heard back from Byron on a price quote on a custom necklace. I had previously visited Strickland’s and was impressed with the elder Mr Strickland so much that I told them I would be back to do business with them. I am still certain they are an excellent jewelry store, but things just did not work out for me.
