This is a real review of a happy customer and I concur with the other reviewers about the excellent workmanship and customer service by the owner himself.

Ricky was friendly and helped me right away with my Prius (I bought the car used without a right front fender). He gave me a quick estimate at a reasonable price and ordered the part to have it fixed. The part arrived within a week. He was able to get the fender installed onto my Prius the same day that I called, which was great with my work schedule. I only waited in the shop for less than an hour for the fender to be put on my car. The fender looks great! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for car body work.

Getting into an accident can be a headache, but rest assure the guys at Uptown Auto Craft will take care of you! Upon arrival, my father and I were greeted by Ricky. He's a very down to Earth individual and took the time to assess my vehicle (at no charge). We negotiated a fair price and Ricky's team were able to repair my vehicle within a reasonable timeframe. If I find myself needing any bodywork, I know who to reach out. Thanks guys!

Great place, great people, and it's a locally owned family business... what's not to love? Oh... And most importantly, they do great work. I purchased a white 2012 Toyota Tundra with painted pinstripes, and I wanted them removed. After showing me the inside their shop and what they can do (a lot), I got a quote from Ricky and it was done in a few days. He texted me photos of their progress and answered all my questions along the way. Definitely got treated like family.

Hey guys. I took my 2019 Camry with pearl white paint to Uptown after she got in a fight with a curb and lost. Ricky is the Owner and he was reasonable, timely, meticulous, and my baby is back to being my beautiful Pearl. I highly recommend.

Uptown Auto really came through for me. I called them in a panic because I needed to get my tow bar installed on the Jeep. I tried to install but my aftermarket bumper got in the way. The staff at uptown was able to modify the bumper and got the tow bar installed in about an hour. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are setup for just about anything. I have some paint I need fixed on my vehicles. I will definitely be back !!!

First time here, Ricky greeted me and asked what happened and explained how he can fixed it. I don't know anything about cars or what to do to fix them but Ricky did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and even had visual images printed to show me the exact parts that were broken. He even called to order the parts that the car needed in front of me to ensure this car process will be quickly! He's very straight forward and affable. The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend uptown to anyone! It's like nothing ever happened to the car!

Ricky was so accommodating and professional. I’ve used other shops previously, but will stay with Uptown. I needed touch up on my Expedition a few years back and they were kind and conscientious and blended the paint seamlessly even though it was a small job. This says a lot about a company.
So when I needed work down after a minor accident on my Mercedes, I took it there. The job was done professionally, quick, and completely reasonable.

This is my first Yelp review- this is the nicest business with which I've ever interacted. We called from the side of the highway, and Ricky couldn't have been more helpful even after (he thought) we weren't going to need his service. We ended up getting the part replaced even after he said it was unnecessary, and he helped us locate the part from a local dealer and then worked quickly and effectively to put it on. So grateful!

I bought a gorgeous sparkly red car online and when I got it had ugly gold pin stripes down the sides. My husband took it to Uptown Auto Craft and they were able to remove them without damaging my paint! They completed the work in less than 2 hours and it looks perfect!

Ricky is the best! I will definitely recommend Uptown Auto Craft to my friends and family if their car ever needs to get work done. I was reared and it was my first accident in a new car so I wasn't 100% sure about how the process goes, but Ricky made sure to explain everything and that we understood what was going on. He knows what he's talking about and has the best interest of the car in mind. He talked to the insurance to make sure everything gets taken care of. Honestly he's a lifesaver, saved me from a lot of stress. My car looks just like it did brand new and it's thanks to all their hardwork

I will never take my car anywhere else to have any body work done. My car has been there a few times not for one accident that happened a while and for a few modifications since then. They are great guys work very quickly and I always feel like they care about their customers and the work that leaves their shop. You can call them with an issue you have bring your car in they will give you a price and take it the same day. You tell them within reason when you are going to need the car back and you will absolutely have it. I know it's always in good hands there.

Wow!! Ricky took great care of my car. He made a stressful time much easier. I was rear ended and my Nissan Cube needed a new back end. Nissan doesn't make my car anymore so I figured it would be a long process to get the part and then get it installed. On day three of driving a rental car around, Ricky called and said, "your car is ready." My car looks great. They even went as far to give it a wash so it was shiny and clean when I picked it up. Ricky communicated with my insurance company to get my car back to me in beautiful condition after being hit on the freeway by a guy with no insurance. I had difficulties contacting the the insurance companies and Ricky was a huge help!

I did a lot of research

Don't hesitate to use Uptown Auto. My 2010 Honda Civic had bumper damage after being backed into in a parking lot. It took about 10 minutes for a detailed quote. The turnaround was quick and best of all the bumper looks brand new. Ricky in the office was professional, honest and friendly. I will use Uptown Auto again and would recommend them to any friends or family. Thanks Uptown Auto!

I've never followed through with writing a review before, but I just had one of the most wonderful customer experiences at Uptown Auto Craft and couldn't not. After being turned down by an auto service center for a minor issue with my hood I was recommended to go here. They saw me immediately and had the problem fixed within minutes free of charge. Ricky offered wonderful, practical advice and showed me how to fix the problem if it arises again. All around a great experience.
