Mr. Stuart Wilkins and his father, Fred Wilkins, formed Stark County Title Company in the mid-1950's. The new entity immediately became an agent for Lawyers Title. This entity was eventually renamed Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc. and subsequently began a long-standing affiliation with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths and Dougherty, Co. L.P.A. of Canton, Ohio.
In-house legal expertise allows Alpha to understand the legal intricacies of title issues. Not always found in title agencies, having attorneys on staff ensure that our full team has access to cure simple or complex title issues in-house. Scott started with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. and real estate title company, Alpha Land Title Agency, Inc., in 1999 while completing his undergraduate degree at Malone University.
