They were extremely helpful! We were trying to find a carpet padding to put underneath our area rug. After going through Amazon, Home Depot and other big box stores that were not helpful, we found this local store on Google and headed over. Would recommend going here! Very happy with the product, however, the installation was not performed in a professional manner. We converted from carpet to hard surface so quarter round needed to be installed. The cut ends were not painted (raw wood showing) and no caulking was done to fill gaps or nail holes. Also many of the cuts had gaps. All this was brought to the attention of the installer and he refused to fix anything without an additional fee of over $600. The flooring itself was laid well. The problem was with the trim work.
