I’m extremely reluctant to even make an appointment after reading the reviews. But in their defense therapy is a process you cannot make a diagnosis the first second and third time after seeing a psychiatrist or a therapist. That’s the problem between psychiatrists and patients everybody wants a name to something so it makes them feel better. Even after seven sessions or even 10 sessions everybody takes therapy differently and the expectations are too high where everyone wants a cure in a single session. Then the practice and Dr get a bad rap

Overall they were okay in regards to the evaluation and feedback process. The big issue I have is afterwards I asked follow up questions and was promised some additional information (referrals, tips on how to use info from the evaluation) and got nothing. On 9/9 I was told my insurance would cover services ( my insurance company is listed as one of the few that they accept on their website). Then I was told by someone in the office the next morning 9/10, ONE hour prior to my

Etheridge Psychology is one of my go-to referrals for clients who have needs we cannot assist with. Over the past 10 years I have referred several people to Etheridge Psychology for evaluations and therapy. Feedback to me has been that the evaluations have been top-notch, and the therapy has been excellent. I highly recommend this practice.
