We cut the cord and Sarah made it happen. She came for one meeting, one week later she came back witht he equipment we needed and uploaded all apps necessary on every TV and then taught us how to use it. When we had questions and a login issue, she immediately came back to fix it. No matter what you want to do, Sarah can figure it out and she's pleasant and a good teacher too. We now have tons of entertainment channels and except for ABC which does not stream, we can watch everything we want and more and for $125 less a month than previously with cable and that includes internet high speed from

Sarah came to my house today to help me with an external TV speaker issue and helped me prepare a couple of electronic devices for resale. She's always pleasure to work with.
Sarah also came to my house six months ago and very patiently walked me through setting up my TV to stream. I could never have done it by myself. This will save me $125 dollars a month on my Comcast bill. I am delighted.

We needed help with data transfer from old (11 yrs +) iMac to new one, and numerous issues with passwords and clutter. In addition, We needed guidance in "cutting the cord" and in reducing our exorbitant cellular bill.
1. Sarah responded promptly and quickly rationalized our data into an efficient system.
2. She then set up numerous streaming services on the TV, suitable to our viewing preferences and suggested we turn off cable TV reception for a week to get acclimated. We did, and we are.

Sarah is extremely knowledgeable about all things computer, wifi, routers, cable, cellular services, and streaming services. She greatly improved my whole house in each these areas. We will now be saving 1 hundred+ dollars/month on TV and Cell service and have super fast wifi, which is a must for multiple people working from home. And she's fun to work with! Highly recommend!
