When you make an appointment with me, I reserve that time period for you only. My policy is not to over book in case of cancellations and rescheduled appointments which would result in making you wait over 30, 45, and 60 minutes for your scheduled appointment. I was very impressed with the service and results I got for quitting smoking. I got personalised treatment as well as excellent follow-up. I wish I had used her services more fully, but in the end it was just what I needed. Smoke free for almost one year after 48 years of smoking!!! And without cravings, woo-hoo!

I was blessed to come across April Braswell's guided meditation and hypnosis class through my chiropractor's office. April is an incredibly brilliant and intuitive woman who shines her light on everyone she encounters. Last November I decided to take April's offer for a weight loss hypnosis session,having used hypnosis before to successfully quit smoking ,some 30 years ago . That first session with April I was apprehensive about what was going to transpire. Almost instantly I was relaxed and confidant that this was going to be an exciting adventure. April's skill set is almost unbelievable. She tailors the sessions so well, and intuitively, to the individual it is amazing. April managed to help me quit smoking cigarettes after 7 years of almost a pack a day. I never bought into hypnosis as a viable method of habit-breaking, but my skepticism proved to be baseless. After my session, I still felt the pull to smoke, but it was different. It was almost as if instead of my own brain, it was another person telling me to go to the store and pick up a pack, and it made it much easier to simply say "No, I'm done."
