Chris, owner of Mesilla Valley Door corrected an issue with our gate opening system. He persuaded LiftMaster to interpret liberally a 2-year warranty, for a system installed 3 years ago, getting a new, upgraded system at no cost. His crew installed a back-up opening system as well. This was all done quickly, and at no expense. Very impressive. I highly recommend MVD for gate control systems because of their great service. They stand behind their products and service.

I'm new to the area and had some trouble finding a good company to go with. Mesilla Valley Door's technician got my gate opener back up and running within 15 minutes of him arriving. Rates are great and they give a free estimate so you know what to expect before they even come by. I'll be calling them from now on!

The spring on my garage door broke last night so I called first thing this morning hoping to have someone come out this afternoon. I was given a quote over the phone so I would know the approximate cost prior to their arrival. They accommodated my availability and arrived at the time scheduled. Job was completed in less than 30 minutes. I'm so sorry I'm unable to recall the name (Oscar?) but they were very polite, respectful and professional. I highly recommend their services, and will be using them again if needed in the future.

I have a three-car garage and they first installed garage opener for double door. They were a few minutes late, but their work was outstanding. I tried to install garage opener for second door myself. I ended up calling them to bail me out. Once again, they were in and out quickly and work was outstanding yet again. Don’t hesitate to hire these pros!
