I purchased a Chevy Equinox last month as a trade in. One star is too much.
So everyone knows car dealers are not trustworthy, but this one takes the cake.
Kit, the Sales Manager, bold face lied about the condition of a 2015 Chev Silverado. He then had Oscar his sales representative and Sean (poor Sean) another salesman lie upon lie to GET OUT OF A DEAL they low balled.
BEWARE - You may think you had a deal in play but they'll yank it on a whim and for a higher paying customer. They agreed to a lower price on the truck, the had sellers remorse and manufactured a huge lie about a Cam-shaft repair that was needed.
Yet, today it sits on the lot

Had a car picked out, and deal approved. Than I get a call from someone (that I not was dealing with) telling me the car sold. Whole process was a mess, and now I have run credit but have no car.
Couldn't even get a call back from the sales person that was helping me. Whole process made zero sense, and I'm left with a loss of time and new ding on my credit...

Valentino and everyone else were awesome! They had the exact vehicle that I was looking for and when I scheduled my appointment everything was set up and ready to go upon my arrival. They valued my trade in while I was on my test drive and I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was done… and down the road in a new vehicle. I’ve had the vehicle close to a month now with no issues what so ever and I just cannot say enough good things about my experience. They will be my go to dealership from here on out.

Terrible time. Brian Doeden lied to me about issues on my brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, the GM system proves that, i have screen shots), told to take the truck elsewhere because i couldnt get simple information back, my calls were blocked, and all the while i had no vehicle to drive as there were "no loaners" as i was told (im sure that was a lie too). after a 2 month fight, i finally got my truck back. You want to talk about unprofession conduct and immoral practice

My husband and I went in on a Sunday looking to purchase another vehicle. While the sales team was super kind and great to work with, the finance department is a huge scam.
Being a Sunday, we were told that they could get us the interest rate/monthly payment we were asking for later in the week when more financial institutions were open. We asked if we would be able to use our CU for financing and was told yes. To ensure we drove off the lot that day with the vehicle, they had us sign paperwork (this was our mistake) with the agreement that we would get the rate/payment we were looking for.

It was bad, I had an early appointment at 9:30 am for an oil change and didn't leave until close to 3pm. The guy completely forgot about my vehicle, not until I got up and ask why was it taking so long for an oil change, was that he looked and finally put it into service. My children were hungry and very upset since we hadn't ate breakfast, it was a very disappointed experience. It wasn't worth my drive. I have a dealer ship 5 min. away from now on they have my business.

Sadly, you have to go to Yelp to get the truth behind this car dealership because the services they clearly pay for to rate themselves are all 4.9 stars and above.
The customer service manager literally fought with me about the complaint I filed, telling me she had "never heard anything like that before!" We had a rather odd experience there yesterday. We are in the market for a used SUV. We test drove one, but it was out of gas so our first experience at this dealership was going to the gas station and filling it up with gas. The salesman didn't seem to listen to what we were interested in, and we left after driving this one vehicle because he was uninterested in hearing anything else that we had to say. I would recommend going somewhere else.
