I have purchased four motorcycles at Mt Baker Moto-Sports in the last five years. Steve in sales, in addition to being in the Washington State Motorcycle hall of fame, has always been friendly and knowledgable. Bret in parts always has some friendly advice, and everyone else is professional and friendly! On my last purchase a 2020 KTM 1290, they gave me a fair trade in price on my KTM 990, and a real great sale price on my new KTM! Really friendly & helpful staff, both service and parts/showroom folks. I bought a KTM motorbike from them and return it regularly for service, and I can honestly say that I enjoy those regular trips back. One of the guys back in Parts went waaaaaaay out of his way to find a pair of hard-bags with mounting hardware for my cycle, which I had been looking for (fruitlessly, in this pandemic-shortage time) for what seems like forever. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fair, local new & used motorbike dealer or service shop.

Just purchased my first bike in a long time from here. The process was super easy and straightforward. Decided to finance it which took minutes to get approved, took the bike on a test drive and went back and picked it up a few days later. They answered all my questions and I have to go back for some parts to lower it but I really enjoyed my experience here. I’ll be definitely buy more bikes here in the future. Don’t tell the wife.

I bought a Kawasaki KLX230 in May 2021.
COVID caused shortages across the board, and with the high demand, some dealers got greedy, charging extra "delivery" fees. Not so with Mt. Baker Motos. They charged me the same destination fee Kawasaki charges them, and their setup and doc fees were the standard pre-pandemic fees.
What surprised me is the efficiency with which they handled my transaction. They got all the papers, including the financing, ready before I arrived, so I only had to sign the papers. The bike was prepped and washed by the time I arrived, too.
Morgan, my salesperson, also helped

Terrible service department. Had a bearing go out on side by side that only need the bottom cover removed to replace $400 part. They completely dis assembled the motor and gave back in boxes and charged $600. Mechanics obviously don't know what they are doing. Get a Polaris from dan at skagit and don't get screwed from this absolute joke of a place!

I was a first time ATV shopper and had a great experience at Mt. Baker. Morgan was extremely helpful and reached out after an online inquiry. She answered all my questions and patiently worked with my lender who had requested some of the same info multiple times.
I completed the deal and financing over the phone and when I was ready for pick up I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Where to start....I've bought 2 sleds here a side by side and recently a new Husqvarna dirtbike. Why? Because of their customer centric focus. Service is always fair, trade in prices are some of the best and the prices are fair. This is my neighborhood motor sports shop and whether it's Steve or Woody or Brent they all have the same focus. Taking care of their customer. In addition they all are motor sports enthusiasts too.

What an excellent dealership to work with. They gave me a great deal on a great bike and provided a level of customer service that I never expected. I generally dread having to deal with dealerships when buying bikes but Steve and the team at Mt. Baker were really a pleasure to work with. Went here for some motorcycle repairs. Was quoted one price over the phone then charged 1/3 more than I was quoted when I came to pick my stuff up. I asked why the price changed and guy behind the counter wouldn't even look at me as he just made some excuse up about hazard fees. I later looked at my receipt and they charged me more for the service than they quoted plus shop fees and other random charges no hazardous waste fees or whatever the b.s was he made up. The folks at Mt. Baker Moto-Sports really helped us in a tight situation. We were traveling through to the Arctic Circle from California on our KTM 1990 R's and my partner took a rock to his radiator. The guys removed the radiator from a bike they had on the floor and installed in my partner's bike the same day. They got us back on the road and allowed us to complete the trip with minimal delay! Customer service at it's best!

I dropped my bike off before leaving out of town for 2 weeks. Wanted them to do a look over see what's it could need replaced.
I also wanted them to get the correct jetting and needle combo for the full fmf exhaust it had as I had changed the jets around and wasn't having much luck. When I dropped it off I told them exactly what was in the carb.
2 weeks later I return they installed new grips and threaded bar ends ,Removed my clutch cover and drained all the oil they had a ridiculous 1000 price quote to fix everything left it there for a day and ended up picking it up to fix everything

Just wanted to comment on a positive experience I had recently with my KLR650 recall service at Mt. Baker Moto-Sports in Bellingham, WA. They did the muffler/wiring harness recall while I waited (about 90 minutes). The folks there were very congenial and the recall was done without any problems. There is a small waiting area in the shop with a TV, or you can walk five minutes to the Starbucks down the street and hang there if you like. Or you can just shop around the showroom floor for a new motorcycle (KLM, Suzuki, Kawi mostly), new quad or any new apparel you might need. A good place.
