Chris Cannon (Owner of ProWash) was the only one of five quotes to guaranty that he could get the old semi-solid (really paint!) stain off completely and would get it looking good. Well,.... he kind of understated his capabilities. HE GOT MY DECK LOOKING LIKE IT WAS NEW!!!! My mother in-law came over and asked why we replaced all of the decking. Not new, clean! Then, he sealed it with an oil based stain to make it look ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The other four competitors were saying that it would now need to be painted now and for the life of the deck. Chris is a young man starting a deck and privacy fence restoration and roof cleaning business in Rockford, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Rockton, Roscoe and Belvedere.
