So i ordered a car the night before to take four people to the airport. I received a confirmation number and was told "a driver will be assigned closer to the booking date & time." So five minutes before my car was supposed to arrive, i called to make sure it will be there. After 10 minutes on hold, they tell me the reservation was cancelled for some reason and he couldn't tell me why or who cancelled it. Of course i didnt cancel and asked to have a car sent right away. I was told i would need a van and that none were available. So i said, now what? And he pretty much hung up on me. Nice customer

We had a 4:30 pickup and the driver finally showed up at 5:15. We received no tracking when we called the dispatcher for the third time. When started to complain the dispatcher called us rude and hung up on us. This was not the fault of the driver.

Waited at the airport for 35 minutes even though one week in advance I gave the operator my flight information. This is the 2nd time pick-up from airport was very late. Very dissatisfied. Ollie’s, then All Island used to be a local business and was very reliable. Not anymore.

I got stuck at the Lynbrook LIRR again on Saturday night for 45 minutes? I booked the cab on Friday to pick me up on Saturday night at 12:35am. When I left the city, I called All Island Transportation to confirm and make sure they would be on time. They said "Yes". I got to the station and no taxi. I called them and was on hold for 15 minutes trying to get a dispatch agent to find out what happened to my cab? After 15 minutes, I gave up, called the # that was in my text message that originally confirmed my ride and could not get through there either. I then got a text that at 1:03 am that my taxi

Used them for a transportation for my family to JFK, after agreeing to a price with the company they showed up and drivers BOTH WAYS complained that the 25% tip we gave was not enough, and that the company should’ve charged us more than the agreed upon fare and I should give them additional money and compensate them extra because the Transportation Company gave us a discounted fare (and this is after one of the drivers didn’t even help any of us with our bags). Insanity! And for a less than 20 minute ride!

We used this service to bring us to and from the airport (approx 20 minute ride). After an agreed upon price with the company the first driver tried to say that it was $30 more than the agreed upon price at drop off which was clearly displayed on his screen in the front of the vehicle for the entire trip. He refused to honor the agreed upon price until his boss was called. On the trip back a different driver who did not help load or unload any suitcases said that the 25% tip we were giving was not sufficient and we should be tipping her an additional 25%+ tip so a tip that was almost 50% of the

Very unprofessional. Made a reservation in advance, and confirmed it. However, nobody showed up. After 15 minutes, I called the driver, whose number was given to me, and he claimed he didn't know about any reservation and just received mine, which was 15 minutes later than when I was supposed to be picked up. I told him to cancel it since he was still 25 minutes away and I needed to be at my destination in 25 minutes. Then, when I tried to call the taxi service, nobody would answer the phone. Overall, this experience was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this taxi service nor would I ever use them
