I moved across country and wouldn't have had a roof over my head if it wasn't for Morgan at Rivertowne Rentals. Southern hospitality at its finest.
With the "A" Team of Morgan, Michael and the maintenance man Hank, my move in was seamless, supportive and efficient. My house is absolutely darling and affordable.

When we viewed the home we were given lots of information. Shortly after we moved in to the home we were contacted saying that the information wasn’t true and the person who showed the house didn’t have authorization to tell us what was allowed or not. We sent notice that we were moving out very shortly after moving in. We moved out a month later with the house in the exact same condition as when we received it. We never received our security deposit back and none of our calls or emails were returned.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! When moving into our home we rented it was extremely dirty and piles of trash were left in the garage plus much work needed to be done to the front yard and basic structure of the house we documented all of this upon moving in and not once unless it was an emergency were we able to get their crew out to fix it most of the fence is still rotting away our mailbox rotted threw if we needed any work done to this property I had to do it myself. The manager of the company is extremely hard to deal with both in person and on the phone I found their tactics very unprofessional

This business is horrible and very unprofessional. They took $40.00 for a credit report, cash the check immediately and took a month to run the credit. After two weeks, I asked them to rescind my application and return my $40.00. They stole my money and two weeks later denied my application and stated "My credit score is not high enough. The owners are looking for a high credit score!" (Yes, I still have the email stating that!) At the beginning of the process the rental amount was $750.00 which we submitted and application for.
