This is another new construction finished for us at Homes of Lancaster and Mike Williams Builder! We enjoy working with this family owned and ran company. They exceed our expectations. They also do our counter tops in some houses. The photos here is only one house as this is one of our many favorites but they do the entire house meaning laundry, bathrooms, kitchen and if requested garages. I hope whoever reads this review know we have used alot of people and companies and this company by far goes out their way to make sure the buyers are happy and us as the builder is happy.

Beware of this company. They did my cabinets and they were no better than box store cabinets and the installation was horrible. No only did it take them a couple months to install, they left the work unfinished with broken doors and misaligned drawers so you can't open two drawers at the same time. When they pulled down the old cabinets and put the new ones in, they put extra dings in the walls that need repair. Once I filed a complaint with the BBB, they responded and came out and did some repairs. They promised to return and provide a tile backsplash to cover the damage if I dropped

Store is ran by a father and son. Neither one know how to build cabinets that they sell, they can build the simple ones that even a caveman could put together but not a lazy susan type cabinet. So how do you sell a product you cant even build well they hire people like me and tell me to watch YouTube videos about building them. Father cussed me out up and down the workshop for messing up on a cabinet that let me remind you neither can build and told me to get the "F" out his shop. Literally trained me on just YouTube videos and got mad at me messing up on one of the most difficult cabinets to assemble
