Services
We use a non abrasive combination of chemicals to wash off the top layer of algae, dirt and water spots to start. All of the chemicals and cleaning solutions we use will never strip your boat of wax, paint, or gel coat. We methodically wash rinse and scrub every inch of your boats exterior from hull to aft and port-side, we got you covered.
Black Diamond Mobile Detailing exterior wash services are great for those in between detailing and waxing. We recommend this as a monthly service. When exterior washing, we wash the entire RV/ Trailer starting from the roof and working our way down. The entire RV/ Trailer will be hand washed by our staff.

Before taking delivery of my car I sent out a quote and Dylan responded. I set an appointment online and made arrangements at the selling dealership to allow Dylan to perform the paint correction and ceramic coating. For a 15 year old car and original paint job, it has turned out pretty amazing.
I will have Dylan follow up after the rainy season with car washes and keeping this thing looking as good as it can be. Thank you for all the hard work, black cars are not easy. He also showed up a day early to beat the rain.

They charge a lot and did not clean my car very well...they asked me what scent I wanted for my car & when I got it back hours later it smelt the same...I could've washed & vacuumed my car somewhere else for much less...I received this service a few months ago but I doubt much has changed since then...

Called and arranged to have our truck and fifth wheel travel trailer cleaned and detailed. Omar did a good job on the truck. Although afterwards, it developed a coolant leak because of a crack in the surge tank. Omar and another man showed up a couple of days later to do the fifth-wheel, that job didn't turn out to good. Part of the rv didn't even get washed, nor gel coat treatment applied. Called backh and was told Omar would be sent back to correct, when there wasn't a chace of rain. STILL WAITING.

I purchased a Mustang and brought it to Black Diamond to buff and polish the paint and apply the Ceramic Pro Ceramic Coating to protect my vehicle! Great detailing service! My car was absolutely horrendous inside and out and I wanted to sell my vehicle but was worried about the cosmetic condition it was in. Black diamond did an amazing job and made my car look brand new, when potential buys came to look they were amazed at how how clean the interior looked! Thank you guys for an amazing detail! Called these guys to shampoo my f150 carpet and seats. Made the appointment for the next day at 4pm. Dude showed up at 7:30 when it's already dark out. So three and a half hours late.
Shampoos my carpet and seats. From what I could see in the dark the seats came out ok. Looked at the carpet and he made a 2" hole in the rear driver side. See photo. Contacted them about replacing it and got ignored. I'm going to file a small claims lawsuit against them. If only I could give no stars

For the price of $90 for interior detail only and a wash exterior you get what you pay for and I say it is pretty dang good. This is my second time bringing my car in for an interior detail and again I am satisfied. They leave it as if i got it from the dealer again. There are minor things like the windshield was not cleaned properly from the inside, nor did they vacuum my trunk, but compared to wha my car looked like inside they did amazing.
I was reading the passed reviews so I was scared to bring it in, but like i said you can't beat the price other competing people quoted me 150-160$

I brought my car in awhile back for a wash and detailing. I had an interior detail. It was my first car so I wanted my car to be beautiful and spotless. I didn't understand all these car terms but the man on the phone helped me settle on a package.
Ruined my car and I didn't even realize the silver stains in my backseat until I came back from a trip! Left stains on my front seat where I sit and left dirt in the crevices of my car. So I had experience with these guys. I went to Glen Ivy and asked for a complete job: wash, wax, vacuum shampoo, swirl removal, the works. They had my car from 9am-8pm. Got the car and saw that they didn't do the swirl removal nor did it look like the tires were dressed. It was night time so I couldn't really see. My wife noticed that there was dust on the inside of the car door. The next day I got a chance to look and it was awful. They didn't shampoo inside, there were streaks all over the place, the windows looked bad so I took it back. The head valet got a hold of the owner who had me take

I dropped my car off for a basic wash and I was told that it would ready in 2.5 hours. I returned and they had not started on the car. The manager is not on location and the workers did not seem to care.
I would give them less that 1 star but that is the lowest I can give.

They cleaned the outside well compared to how dirty it was but they didn't clean the Door Jams or Vacuumed the seats and floors like they said they "covered".
The windows weren't cleaned fully and you could still see the wiping marks.
My paint was also chipped from several spots and I know they weren't there before because they are fresh.
I took my car here because of the great reviews but I don't think I will trust this place again.

Black Diamond Auto Detailing can simply be summarized as convenient. As We we're rushing to watch a movie at the Tyler AMC Theater, we decided to valet due to how late we were. Upon speaking with the valet, we realized that one of the services that we could obtain was a car wash and detail starting at $35.
I figured why not, I was already stuck inside a theater for at least an hour and a half so why not kill two birds with one stone and at least come out rewarded with a clean car. When we left the Theater to pick up the car it was ready and the checkout process was super easy.

Honestly this is my first bad review on anything.. i am New to this area and even tho I saw some bad reviews I also saw some good
Ones and gave them the benefit of the doubt I drove 20 min ago plus traffic told me it's will be an hour and ended up being two hours and the interior looked like they didn't bother touching it and my car still had areas were it wasn't touched as well never coming here again rather wash my car myself. Enjoy the $35 plus $5 tip

When I arrived today morning to this place, I was in a very bad situation. My mom's car was parked outside and it rained cats and dogs in the past few days here. I was about to use her car to go to the gym and when I opened her car, I found that the drivers area was filled with water, it was atleast 3 inches of water.
Luckily I had a wet dry small vaccume with me which I used to get the as much water out as I can. But still it was nasty and completely wet. I took my car to this Auto Detailing place. I had a bad experience with someone at this same location before, he was a very rude guy.
