My experience when I go to the Dentist office is Awesome! A great Receptionist she’s awesome! The one who cleans my teeth is Awesome too! I know that when we go to the dentist we have to be ready for anything so I make sure I pray before I go so I will treat them the way I want to be treated and that’s what I get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!😀

So this is my 3rd visit now, and my experiences only get better. The staff is pleasant and the customer service is exceptional. Dr. Palmer is GREAT. Chair side manner is exceptional. She takes time needed with each patient so you can ask questions and get the answer you need without being rushed out, and all your options are discussed for you to consider. I LOVE IT HERE.

Live in Durham and in need of a Dentist?? Look no further. Dr. Desiree Palmer and her incredible team took such great care of me from intake to checkout. At every touch point the process was smooth and seamless. All of the staff in the office are all so sweet. I have never received a more thorough, deep clean. Dr. Palmer's hygienist, Marilyn Williams, was marvelous. Marilyn took her time to explain and educate me on my personal hygiene and gum care. She focused on each and every tooth.
