DELMAR NAIL BAR provides a revolutionary nails polish system that provides a 7-10 days manicure or pedicure, with no chipping and lasting shine. A process that gently removes epidermal cells with a diamond chip. Let's start with the good: Great location, no wait and just walked right in and was help right away. Efficient and fast, was done in about an hour for a manicure and pedicure. Pretty decent job of both mani and pedi. Big selection of colors to choose from.
The bad: constantly trying to up- sell you with additions to the manicure and pedicure. I asked for gel manicure and normal pedicure and they ended up doing the pedi with gel too and charged me an extra $25 for it without even asking me. Total for gel mani and pedi was $115.

Y'all, if you don't come here to get your nails done, I'll be disappointed in you. This place is so good, it's not even funny. I've gone to different places, salons, home based nail techs, and this is the best place I've gone. Kathy does my nails and she is the best at shape and art! She literally nails the shape every time and the art is always so bomb. The atmosphere is also really nice and everyone is so sweet.

Read about the good rating before making my reservation. My reservation was booked online. After not receiving a confirmation I called in to double check, but the phone line was out of service. We arrived on our booked time, but no one was reserved for us. However, we did end up getting the service. I would say... had definitely had better service and gel manicure elsewhere.

I really like this place! Kathy did my fill, she's really really good at shape, I've never had it as close to how I wanted it before. I also showed her my design and she did it almost to the tee!! One weird thing, I booked my appointment the day before with Cat and the owner confirmed it last night. This morning they told me Cats on vacation for the next two months so I'm not sure why the owner confirmed it but Kathy is great so worked out for the best!

My girlfriends and I came in on a Sunday after making an appointment. We were the only ones in there for a good bit of time with only one other client coming through. So very safe!
Ha and Emily did my services and were just amazing. Overall, we loved Tina and her team so friendly and playful. Highly recommend

Fantastic nail salon. All of the employees are so nice and do an amazing job. My sister, mom and I went came here to get dip nails and pedi's. Highly recommend this place & the prices! Valerie did my toes and it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. When I come back down to San Diego I will have to stop by again.Thank you!

Had a very pleasant experience here! Had reservations for a pedicure, staff was very courteous and accommodating. They were very safe with covid - everyone had safe distance between them and all were wearing masks. I’m not someone who regularly gets my nails done but I’d certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible job painting my nails. The majority of them are only half way painted and one even has the bonus of a squiggly little human hair embedded in the polish on my ring finger - lovely! They didn’t hesitate to try to up-sell me on each of the services that I specifically booked online, though (which they didn’t even do but charged me for). Definitely won’t be back or be recommending to anyone.

This place was in a beautiful mall but the management was clunky and disorganized. I made a reservation in advance and when they got there she had no idea how to look up my reservation and couldn't even listen to us for the services we wanted. She interrupted us and got frustrated and was really unpleasant.
The women who actually did our nails were good and did a descent job. For the price I just won't be back. I don't want to deal with an attitude problem over a reservation and have an marginal service for an elevated price. You should probably look elsewhere for the price point

I had a gel pedicure, no appt just walked in and was seated right away. The technician Ha was very detailed in pedicure & especially her gel application. Her polishing skills are on point and she ensures to clean around edges of the toes. So if your particular when it comes to polish application and being detailed (and don’t mind the extra bit of time it takes) she’s your girl! Nice clean place as well.
