I've used MSS Ortiz twice for several jobs. Work on a pump, installation of a charging outlet for an EV, an attic fan. Arranging the appointment was easy and streamlined with Tracy and on time. I was lucky enough to get John Steptoe on each visit. I have a background in innovation management and appreciate the fact that the solution that the customer requests isn't always the absolute best solution for the customer given a provider with extensive experience and knowledge. Twice John came up with a better solution than what I thought I needed. Obviously that ends up with an outcome
