We offer a full range of primary care services including routine wellness exams, well-child and women's GYN exams, and chronic condition maintenance, as well as urgent care services for our established patients.

Associates in Primary Care was founded by nurse practitioners Kim Eugair, FNP and Brooke Larmie, ANP. Brooke and Kim were colleagues in a different practice before deciding to pursue their vision of a quality primary care practice, with a wellness-focused approach. Our office is accepting new patients of any age and serves the greater Rutland, VT area.
Whether you need help with chronic care management, health maintenance, well-child services, or just an annual wellness exam, you can count on Associates in Primary Care in Rutland to provide only the best comprehensive healthcare to you and your loved ones. Our Nurse Practitioners and staff are committed to bringing you personal, convenient care while valuing the relationships we build with our patients.
We will submit to other insurance companies not listed but cannot guarantee coverage so check with your insurance company. We will accept self-pay in the form of cash, check or credit/debit card. Payment is expected at the time of service and you will receive a 30% discount off the listed fee. We believe everyone deserves good health care.
When the office is closed, the phone is routed to an after-hours phone to reach the provider on call. We will return your call within one hour. If you can wait until the next business day, please do so. We do not prescribe routine medications after hours. Please call 911 if you have an emergency. If you take an ongoing prescription, we will ask you to come in at certain intervals, as this is necessary to monitor your response to the medication.

I think that for a doctors office they not only lack knowledge but they also lack compassion. When you go to them for something serious and they shrug it off, that is ridiculous. This is why people get so sick and don’t have time to do something before it’s untreatable. Especially when someone comes to you , who normally avoids doctors at all costs, because they are in so much pain and bleeding. Not looking for pain meds , just a solution. To minimize it and to be sent home with no regard, because it’s a weekend and no follow up for over a eleven days is ludicrous!
