I have Anna Kate do my hair. I have a hard time trusting people with blonde on my hair, and I usually never get what I ask for. However, I have been to her about 3 times now and she has exceeded all my expectations EVERY-TIME. She’s friendly, and actually listens to what you want. I highly recommend!!

I went to this salon based on reviews. I chose Anna Kate after reading her positive review. This was the worst experience of my life. I went to have money pieces done in the front. I chose a dark auburn color on the examples she showed me. When she applied the color to my scalp, it immediately started burning. I asked her if it was normal-she said she has only had one other person have this complaint. I endured this the entire time the color set. To my horror (3 hours of being at this Salon) when she started blow drying my hair it was a bright orange only at the roots as you see below with no color

I went in today to see Anna Kate and she did such an amazing job! Knowing what a mess I came in with and how I look now-I’m just blown away. She’s super knowledgeable and a sweetheart. Wish I would have started at The Industry when I moved here a few months ago!

Not happy! I went with the only hairdresser who had multiple openings in her schedule. Maybe I should have known better. I’m not going to name her, because I don’t want to harm her career, but she really messed up on my haircut. It’s taken me a long time to grow my hair out long and she did a very choppy job. i’ve even gotten comments from my husband (who never notices small details) and from strangers who’ve noticed that my hair looks like big chunks were cut out. In their defense, I did wait weeks before calling to complain and ask for a different hairdresser to fix my hair. I didn’t

I highly recommend The Industry! I have lived here for 3 years and have not found the right salon for me. I’ve seen this salon many times while out running errands and decided I would give it a try. I am so happy I did! My hair looks and feels amazing!! They were so friendly and Brittanee did fantastic! I have finally found someone who cuts my hair exactly like I pictured it!

Anna Kate at The Industry is a wonderful hair artist and stylist! I go to the salon with some crazy ideas and she has given me great styles and colors each time. My hair is wavy/curly, fluffy, and greying so I always know what I'm asking for won't look the same as pictures online but I'm still always impressed with how she adjusts my crazy ideas to work with my hair.
The Industry overall has a great vibe and atmosphere. It's clean and, since everyone is in fairly private rooms, I feel safe visiting. They have a nice selection of products that aren't your run of the mill salon products. I'm loving

You will not find a salon with this level of service and quality within 100 miles... trust me, I've looked. I am always blown away at the level of service and royal treatment the owner and everyone that works here provides to their customers. You are offered complimentary water, coffee or mimosas upon your arrival, can enjoy a leg/foot massage while you process, and their sinks are so comfortable I could easily fall asleep while getting my hair washed! The owner is doing everything right to make getting your hair done a relaxing luxury experience, but that's nothing compared to the quality products

The people that know me also know how NOT girly I am and how much I hate spending money on being girly.
Going against the grain, I decided to treat myself two weeks ago and get a cut and color at The Industry. I hate the money I spend there but I love the work they do. You get what you pay for, right? Lol!
Can I just tell you how perfect my hair is 2 weeks later? They did a B3 treatment (which I also thought was a bogus money pit lol) but I have literally only had to wash my hair 3 times and it has cut my drying time to at least half. My hair is still so incredibly soft AND it holds my curls
