I was referred by my vehicle technician at Gerald Jones Ford to Rick's. I was a little skeptical at first not knowing what to expect. I was please with the entire process and was well informed about the estimate, the repairs and the updated progress on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I was very impressed with the professional and outstanding repairs on my vehicle. The results reminded me when I first bought the vehicle almost 17 years ago brand new. Ricks sent their wrecker in less then 20 minutes when we called right after our accident. They kept us informed throughout the process with the insurance company and repairs. Our truck when finished looks like it never had an accident! We’re very happy with the final outcome! The only frustration isn’t with the shop but with the availability of parts nationwide! I was impressed though with the fact that they seemed to get parts faster then other shops in town. Finally the people were very easy to talk with and friendly! I will definitely recommend them!

Went to Rick's because thier the best! I was involved in a fender bender and was asked " where would you like to take your vehicle for repairs?" Only place that came to mind was Rick's Paint and Body. Communication was awesome. Everyone was willing to help. It was affordable and family friendly. Only issue was with the rental company and Rick's even fixed that. Thank you to everyone that got me back in my car.

I am an Atlanta resident and Rick's Paint & Body Shop repeat customer. They previously worked on my Toyota Camry, and I returned this week with my new Mazda CX5, which was scratched across the hood and dinged on the doors. Dominique gave me an estimate on Tuesday, and I dropped my car off early Wednesday morning to Murphy. By Wednesday afternoon, I received the call that the work was completed. I don’t usually write reviews but WOW. One word to explain my experience = SLOPPY. Absolutely terrible. Had to go back to their shop 4 times to get my door fixed because they kept receiving the incorrect ordered part. To make matters worse, I was still not satisfied with their work during my 5th visit. I had to drive back to the shop for them to fix it AGAIN. My goodness, why would you give someone their car back with sloppy workmanship? Awesome work here, only inconvenience was time it took for repairs but that's understandable as they had to order new parts. Paint and QA took the longest. Staff is cool and friendly and took care of the car! After taking to New Image Collision and repair, they jacked it up and made my issue worse than before the repairs. High quality work done here and will definitely wanna come back if needed!
