Regular non-emergency maintenance repairs will be performed during regular business hours. We will try to get any general repairs completed within 24-48 hours of the maintenance request being submitted, however, we do ask that you understand there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause this turn-around time to be a little longer.
You are able to view bills, work orders, documents, and your accounting statements. If you have any issues logging in, please send us an email and we will work to get the issue corrected quickly. Managing property can be a tough job especially if you are trying to balance it with a regular day job, have multiple properties, or are relocated away from your property.
The first step to becoming a resident at a property managed by NextHome Unlimited is submitting a completed application and being qualified with the information provided. For an application to be considered complete all required information must be provided, application fees must be paid, proof of income must be submitted, and the application must be signed by the applicant giving us permission to complete a resident screening.
