KGI’s people and procedures are a threat to their client’s confidential and proprietary information.
KGI uses underpaid short-term temps to complete the majority of their legal work. These temps are kept on board for no more than 90 days and have no loyalty to KGI, yet they are given unrestricted access to the proprietary and confidential information of their clients.
While I was there, IT sent out a fake phishing email to see how many employees would fall for it. The results were alarming!
